Seatlr is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Age Restriction
Seatlr is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. Any attempt by minors to access the platform is prohibited.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
Seatlr strictly prohibits any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:
- Sharing or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempting to exploit minors
- Any illegal activity involving minors
Accounts engaging in such activities will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Reporting and Feedback Mechanism
Seatlr provides an **in-app reporting mechanism** for user feedback and safety reports. Users can report any content or behavior violating these standards directly within the app using the reporting feature.

4. Method for Addressing CSAM and Enforcement
Seatlr actively reviews user reports. Upon discovery or report of CSAM, the content will be immediately removed, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
5. Legal Compliance Declaration
Seatlr explicitly declares compliance with all applicable child safety laws and regulations to protect users and prevent exploitation on our platform.
