Welcome to Seatlr. By using the application or creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app immediately.
1. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Users under 18 are prohibited from creating an account. Any account found to be registered by a minor may be deleted without prior notice.
- By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
2. Service Description
- Seatlr is a social networking app for travelers, enabling interaction in virtual rooms associated with flights.
- The app does not provide booking, travel management, or financial services.
3. Account and User Responsibilities
- Creating an account is required to access the app's features.
- Users are responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials and any activity under their account.
- Misrepresentation, identity fraud, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Seatlr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
- Users must notify Seatlr immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.
- Users are responsible for securing their devices and protecting their data; Seatlr is not liable for any breaches or data loss due to insecure usage.
4. Use of the Service
- Use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Prohibited content includes: offensive content, discussions unrelated to travel, religious or political debates, pornographic content, and messages for dating or romantic purposes.
- Users may not provide advice regarding nightlife, bars, dancing, nudity, or alcohol.
- Flight data is provided by third-party providers via APIs and may be inaccurate or outdated, including destination, flight number, or virtual room assignments. Seatlr is not responsible for errors or reliance on such data.
- Seatlr reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates laws, these terms, or company policies without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights related to branding, design, code, and internal content are owned by Seatlr.
- User-generated content remains the user's property but grants Seatlr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it within the app.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Taxes
- Some services may require subscriptions or payments through third-party providers.
- All billing processes, invoices, and applicable taxes are managed exclusively by the third-party providers.
- Payments are non-refundable once activated.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew according to the policies set by the respective third-party provider.
- Seatlr reserves the right to modify subscription prices, remove features, or update services at any time, with appropriate notification via email or registered communication channels.
- Failure to view notifications does not impose any liability on Seatlr.
7. Experimental Features
- Some experimental features, such as instant translation or third-party assistance tools, may not work on all devices or function fully.
- These features are free and are not considered part of any paid subscription.
- Seatlr is not responsible for any translation errors or data loss resulting from the use of these features.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
- Seatlr is not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or any direct or indirect losses.
- Users cannot claim compensation for technical issues or service outages.
9. International Use
- The app may not operate in all countries, and laws may vary.
- Users are responsible for complying with local laws when using the app in any country.
10. Advertising, Partnerships, and Sponsorships
- The app may display ads or promotional content from Seatlr or external partners.
- Advertisers may send promotional content to users via email through Seatlr's internal system, without sharing user email addresses with the advertisers.
- Users will be notified of any ad or partner-related updates via email or registered communication channels.
- Failure to view these notifications does not create liability for Seatlr.
- Seatlr does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisements or bear responsibility for any commercial transactions outside the app.
- Participation in third-party partnership or sponsorship programs is subject to the terms set by those entities.
- Personal data will only be shared with partners after explicit user consent and in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Modifications to Terms
- Seatlr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Company and Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.

- The official version of these Terms is in English.
- Any additional languages are provided for convenience only and are not legally binding.
